The set DOES NOT include nuts and bolts.  Each handle requires two screws and two anchor screws (or wall plugs).  

We must first mention that using the ropes and inversion sling/hanging belt are for experienced practitioners or those who plan to have an experienced professional assisting in the practice.  Our words are merely suggestions from our own professional team of yoga practitioners.  Injury can occur if done improperly or in the incorrect context.  The rope wall was developed and can be used as a restorative and remedial yoga practice. 

Handles should not be attached on dry walls or weak walls. the equipment must be checked before each use, to make sure everything is in tact.
